DIRECTIONS: Celebrating 40 years of BLD, be united as one community of Christ.Receive the sacraments of Holy Communion and Reconciliation regularly.Have a devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of JesusStudy, reflect, and live by God’s word.Be a good and faithful lay under-shepherd to your lambs. THEMES AND PROMISES Week 1 (Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord) Theme: The Holy Spirit empowers us to preach repentance and forgiveness of sins. Promise: “…you shall receive the power of the Holy Spirit coming upon you, and be witnesses to the ends of the world.” (Acts 1:8) Week 2 (Pentecost Sunday) Theme: The Holy Spirit empowers us to use His gifts to serve for the good of all. Promise: “When you send forth your spirit, they are created and you renew the face of the earth.” (Ps 104:30) Week 3 (Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity) Theme: The Holy Spirit empowers us with the Truth of God’s love that has been poured into our hearts. Promise: “Everything that the Father has is mine…he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.” (Jn 16:15) Week 4 (Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) Theme: The Holy Spirit empowers us to believe the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. Promise: “As often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord until he comes.” (1 Cor 11:26) Week 5 (Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles) Theme: The Holy Spirit empowers us to proclaim that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Promise: “…the crown of righteousness awaits me, which the Lord will award to me on that day.” (2 Tim 4:8)

ORDER   “Feed my lambs…tend my sheep…feed my sheep.” (Jn 21:15-17) PROPHECIES: 1.     I am your Good Shepherd; know that I always find delight in you. 2.     Find joy as you shepherd My people; lead them to know & love Me more. 3.     Love and care deeply for others as I have done for you. DIRECTIONS: 1.     As a shepherd, always gather your flock so no one will be lost. 2.     Be a good witness of care, kindness and compassion to one another. 3.     Respond to the call of shepherding in evangelization and mission work. 4.     Have a devotion to the Sacred of Jesus to be united with His love. THEMES AND PROMISES Week 1 (3rd Sunday of Easter) Theme:We are shepherds in the likeness of Jesus when we affirm our love for Him and care for His flock. Promise:“You changed my mourning into dancing.” (Ps 30:12A) Week 2 (4th Sunday of Easter) Theme: We are shepherds in the likeness of Jesus when we lead others to hear His voice and follow Him. Promise: “The Lamb…will shepherd them and lead them to springs of life-giving water.” (Rev 7:17) Week 3 (5th Sunday of Easter) Theme: We are shepherds in the likeness of Jesus when we witness to His commandment to love one another. Promise:“… All will know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another.” (Jn 13:35) Week 4 (6th Sunday of Easter) Theme: We are shepherds in the likeness of Jesus when we keep His word and share His peace to all. Promise: “The Advocate, the Holy Spirit… will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you.” (Jn 14:26)

ORDER   “Go, and from now on do not sin any more.” (Jn 8:11b) PROPHECIES: 1.     Repent and feel My warm embrace; forgive that you may experience My love. 2.     Emulate My perfect love and obedience to the Will of the Father. DIRECTIONS: 1.     Go to confession and be reconciled with God and your neighbor. 2.     Like Christ, manifest mercy to all in word and in deed. 3.     Have a devotion to the Divine Mercy and pray the novena. THEMES AND PROMISES Week 1 (5th Sunday of Lent) Theme: We live a transformed life when we sincerely repent and turn back from our sinfulness. Promise: “Those who sow in tears shall reap rejoicing.” (Ps 126:5) Week 2 (Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion) Theme: We live a transformed life when we humbly obey and follow God’s will. Promise: “The Lord God is my help…I am not disgraced; …I shall not be put to shame.” (Is 50:7) Week 3 (Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord) Theme: We live a transformed life when we preach and testify Christ’s resurrection. Promise: “When Christ your life appears, then you too will appear with him in glory.” (Col 3:4) Week 4 (2nd Sunday of Easter – Divine Mercy Sunday) Theme: We live a transformed life when we place our full trust in Jesus, the Divine Mercy. Promise: “…believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, that through this belief you may have life in his name.” (Jn 20:31)
