PROPHECY
1. I am the Living Water; come and drink so you will have fullness of life.
2. Listen closely to Me and bring My light to others.
3. Journey with Me; know My sacrifice and My deep love for you.
DIRECTIONS
1. Spend quiet time in the Blessed Sacrament, reflecting on Christ’s passion, death and resurrection.
2. Go to confession, offer fasting, and participate in your parish Holy Week activities.
3. Perform acts of charity with compassion and in solidarity with those in need.
THEME AND PROMISE
Week#1 (Second Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed towards salvation as we listen to Jesus and follow God’s call.
Promise: “I will bless you…so that you will be a blessing.” Gen 12:2
Week#2 (Third Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed towards salvation as we open our hearts to Jesus to purify and renew our spirit.
Promise: “…the water I shall give will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” Jn 4:14a
Week#3 (Fourth Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed towards salvation as we allow Jesus to heal our spiritual blindness.
Promise: “You were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.” Eph 5:8a
Week#4 (Fifth Sunday of Lent)
Theme: We are transformed towards salvation as we believe that Jesus gives us new life.
Promise: “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live.” Jn 11:25
Week#5 (Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion)
Theme: We are transformed towards salvation as we share in the sacrificial love of Christ Jesus.
