Faith in our Eucharistic Lord strengthens our spiritual life.
ORDER
“Take it; this is my body…this is my blood of the covenant which will be shed for many.” (Mk 14:22b, 24)

DIRECTIONS:
- Always spend time with God in prayer and receive the Sacraments.
- Honor and fulfill the 5-Point Pledge for the committed members or the 8-Point Pledge for the covenanted members.
THEMES AND PROMISES
Week 1 (Corpus Christi – Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ)
Theme: We strengthen our spiritual life when we regularly partake of the Body and Blood of Christ.
Promise: “…those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance.” (Heb 9:15)
Week 2 (10th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We strengthen our spiritual life when we seek to be forgiven and be renewed.
Promise: “Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.” (Mk 3:35)
Week 3 (11th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We strengthen our spiritual life when we courageously grow in faith and bear fruit.
Promise: “They that are planted in the Lord shall flourish… they shall bear fruit even in old age; vigorous and sturdy shall they be.” (Ps 92: 14, 15)
Week 4 (12th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We strengthen our spiritual life when we trust Jesus to calm the storms in our life.
Promise: “They cried to the Lord in their distress…he rescued them.” (Ps 107: 28)
Week 5 (13th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: We strengthen our spiritual life when we have strong faith in His healing grace.
Promise: “…your faith has saved you. Go in peace and be cured of your affliction.” (Mk 5:34)
