THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus Christ remains strong when we always listen to Him.
Promise: “The heavens proclaim his justice, and all peoples see his glory.” (Ps 97:6)
Week#2 (19th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus Christ remains strong when we take courage and put our full trust in Him.
Promise: “The Lord himself… shall walk before him, and prepare the way of his steps.” (Ps 85:13a, 14)
Week#3 (20th Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus Christ remains strong when we completely rely on His mercy.
Promise: “Great is your faith! Let it be done for you as you wish.” (Mt 15:28a)
Week#4 (21st Sunday in Ordinary Time)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus Christ remains strong when we submit to the authority of His Church.
Promise: “…upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.” (Mt 16:18)
