ORDER: “This is my chosen Son, listen to him.” (Lk 9:35)
PROPHECIES:
1. I am the Lord your God; trust in My mercy and in My unconditional love for you.
2. Strengthen your faith in Me and stand firm in your belief.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Be reconciled with God; repent of your sins and go to confession. Pray, fast and give to charity.
2. Reform your ways; do what is pleasing to God and bear much fruit.
3. Persevere in the study of the word of God and live by example.
THEMES AND PROMISES
Week#1 (1st Sunday of Lent)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus, God’s chosen Son, strengthens us to resist temptation.
Promise: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Rom 10:13)
Week#2 (2nd Sunday of Lent)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus, God’s chosen Son, brings us to listen to Him to transform our life.
Promise: “He will change our lowly body to conform with His glorified body.” (Phil 3:21a)
Week#3 (3rd Sunday of Lent)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus, God’s chosen Son, leads us to repentance and fruitfulness.
Promise: “He redeems your life from destruction, crowns you with kindness and compassion.” (Ps 103:4)
Week#4 (4th Sunday of Lent)
Theme: Our faith in Jesus, God’s chosen Son, allows us to be reconciled with God and receive His graces.
Promise: “You are here with me always, everything I have is yours.” (Lk 15:31)
